The Hare

I did this before [[Scott Sather]] today and ran 6:24 for the mile. Since I never time just 1 mile I don't know what my best was, but this is right around there. I will work on this.

Treadmill

Is the treadmill acceptable for this?

re: Treadmill

Yes, but I'd personally note such.  That way you can compare the difference if you get to do it again on the road.  Besides not sure you have a choice, there's no perfect mile outside the gym here.  1/4 mile tracks must be really expensive.

"I never give up on myself. Today I strive to be better than I was yesterday. I am a valuable asset to my team and I make every effort to aid others in bettering themselves. I exemplify a standard of perseverance, sacrifice, and honor..."

treadmills

Yeah, but you should specify. I forgot to specify earlier--I ran mine on the treadmill because we have nowhere else to go.

Equipment

Yea, and to think i thought something smart-ass was gonna be posted when i saw your name Anthony. ha ha. Hey, this new rotation has a magazine to order from and are taking comment cards. There is 24 in boxes and KB's in it, so fill out a comment card or two.

run/swim

I was wearing an analog watch, so I'm not exact on the time, but my one mile was about 6:20, and my 500m was at about 8:30.

Good job boomer

That swim time, is probably as fast as a f***ing shark. Awesome man.

Instead of a 2 mile run & swim, I participated in local Trot for Tots 5K run in 25:30.
