Ptoss Run today. Focus on running intervals throughout and doing QM across expanses.
Ptasks:
100m of each: bear crawl, crab walk, bounding, gorilla, and spider crawl
Warm-up/Stretch then ptoss run for 40 minutes or 4 miles, whichever comes first.

10 Jack Lalanne Pushups
100m backwards bear crawl
10 pistols each leg
plus:
Light Day/Ptoss Run
Warm up with 5-10 mins cardio followed by dynamic stretching
Then go on a light ptoss run of 1-2 miles.

30 pullups/mantle shelves/muscleups (your choice)
40 plyometric moves (your choice out of these)
50 pushups/handstand pushups
