Sumo KB Deadlift with toes against wall

  1. Squat: Warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. Do one all-out set at working weight
  3. Take about 20-25% off.  Do one more all out set.
  4. Grind: 
    Bodyweight Squats
    1x 1 Minute suicide sprint
  5. 5x
    400m Run
    Equal Rest Time
