Sumo KB Deadlift with toes against wall

  1. Deadlift: Warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. Do one all-out set at working weight
  3. Take about 20-25% off.  Do one more all out set.
  4. Grind: 
    KB Squats
    Leg Raises OR weighted sit-ups
  5. 6x
    1 Minute Suicide Sprint
    1 Minute Rest
