5 Hang Snatch with empty bar
10 OHS with empty bar
- Deadlift- work up to working weight
- Put on a belt. One all-out set at working weight.
- Take 20-25% off the bar. 5x5, 1 minute rest between sets.
- Military Press- repeat steps 1-3. Between all sets, 10 chin-ups, any grip
6 Rounds (12 minutes)
1 Minute Sprint- all out
