10 Dislocating Lunges

  1. Squat- warm up to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set.  Drop 10-20% from the bar, do one more all out set.  Repeat once more.
  3. Take a few minutes rest.
  4. GRIND:

    400m Run
    20 Lunges
