HAM Hip Mobility Drill
10- Dislocating Lunges

  1. Deadlift- warm up to working weight.
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set.  Use a spotter- when you start to round, the set is done.
  3. 5x:
    10 Front Squat OR Trap Bar Deadlift*
    10 Ankles-to-bar
  4. Grind: 7x
    400m run
    20 Lunges

* Trap Bar DL should be @ 80% squat working weight
