2 Mile Run
750m Swim- any stroke
5 Mile Ruck

NOTE: these "tri-operator" style workouts are not meant to be separated.  That is, don't go run at the track this morning, then swim this afternoon and then ruck later.  No, instead plan it out so that it can be as continuous as possible.  Run around the gym, go in, change, swim, change, then ruck.  Some guys drive to the gym with a ruck in their car.  They figure out a two mile course starting and ending at the gym, and run it, then go swim, then come out, grab the ruck and walk fast for five miles, ending back at their car.  Get creative, but do what you have to in order to make this as non-stop as possible.
