10 KB Sumo Deadlift with toes against wall

LIFT

  1. Squat: warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. Put on a belt. Do one all-out set.
  3. Take about 20% off the bar.  Do one more all out set.
  4. GRIND
    3x
    20 KB Waiter Lunge
    20 Double KB Snatch
