  1. Military Press: warm up to a solid 2 RM.  
  2. Military Press: Put on a belt.  5x2 @ 90% 2RM.  Between sets, do a set of 5-6 weighted pull-ups (any grip)
  3. 5x
    5 Front Squat- build up till 5 is hard but doable
    10 Romanian deadlift OR 10 KB Deadlift with toes against wall
  4. 10 Minute AMRAP
    30 KB Swings
    20 Burpees
