  1. Bench Press: Warm up to a 2RM.
  2. 5 sets of 2 reps at 90% of 2RM.  Between sets do a set of 15-20 heavy DB row each side
  3. 5x
    5 Back Squat, adding weight until 5 is hard but doable
    HAM Hip Mobility Drill
  4. A.20-15-10:
    Deadlift at 50-60% of your deadlift 2RM
    1 Minute Plank
    B. 100 KB Snatch for Time
