5x at light weight.
5 Row, 5 deadlift, 5 clean, 5 front squat, 5 push press, 5 back squat.

  1. Military Press: Warm up to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do ONE all out set at working weight.
  3. Squat: 5 sets of 5, keep adding weight till 5 is hard but doable.
  4. 5x
    15 Romanian Deadlift, clean grip
    20 Tuck Jumps
