Warm-Up:
5x at light weight
5 Row
5 Deadlift
5 Clean
5 Front Squat
5 Push Press.

Between ALL sets, including deadlift and squats, do one all out set of pull-ups.  Change grips each set.

  1. Deadlift: warm up to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  One all out set.  When your form goes south, stop.
  3. Bench Press: 5x5, keep adding weight till 5 is hard but doable.  
  4. GRIND: 5x
    10 Walking Barbell Lunges
    10 Calf Raises
    1 Minute Plank
