5 Front Squat
5 Push Press.
Between ALL sets, including deadlift and squats, do one all out set of pull-ups. Change grips each set.
- Deadlift: warm up to working weight
- Put on a belt. One all out set. When your form goes south, stop.
- Bench Press: 5x5, keep adding weight till 5 is hard but doable.
- GRIND: 5x
