5 Row, 5 deadlift, 5 clean, 5 front squat, 5 push press, 5 back squat.

  1. Bench Press: Work up to working max
  2. Bench.  5 sets of 2 at 90% working max
  3. 5x
    5 Squat- increase weight until 5 is hard but doable
    1x HUG Hip Mobility Drill
  4. 100 KB Snatch for time
