  2. Put on a belt.  5 sets of 2 at 90% working max
  3. 5x
    5 Military Press- increase weight until 5 is hard but doable
    Max Pull-ups, changing grip each round
  4. 20-15-10
    Barbell Lunges
    Air Squat x2*
    Hanging Leg Raises x2
