10 KB Sumo Deadlift with feet against wall
- Deadlift- warm up from empty bar to working weight
- Put on a belt. Do one all-out set at working weight.
- Do an additional 3 sets of 3-5 at working weight.
Front Squat (heavy but doable for the reps)
KB Snatch (each arm)
Lying Leg Levers
