HAM Hip Mobility Drill
10 KB Sumo Deadlift with feet against wall

  1. Deadlift- warm up from empty bar to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all-out set at working weight.
  3. Do an additional 3 sets of 3-5 at working weight.
  4. 20-15-10
    Front Squat (heavy but doable for the reps)
    KB Snatch (each arm)
    Lying Leg Levers
