  1. Weighted Pull-ups- between all sets of bench, do a set of 5 weighted chins
  2. Bench Press- warm up from empty bar to working weight.  
  3. Do a single all out set at working weight.
  4. 3 additional sets of 3 at working weight.
  5. Grind:
    5x
    10 Dips
    10 Pull-up- any grip
    20 Weighted Crunches
