10 Romanian Deadlift
10 Goblet Squat
- Deadlift- warm up from 50% working weight to working weight
- Put on a belt. Do ONE all out set at working weight.
- Choose ONE of the following:
A. 5x5 deadlift at 80% working weight with one minute rest between.
B. Trap Bar deadlift- 50 reps at about 80% of your SQUAT working weight.
