HUG Hip Mobility Drill
20 KB Swings

  1. Back squat- warm up from empty bar to working weight.
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set at working weight.
  3. Choose one of the following:
    A. 5x5 squats at 80% of your working weight- 1 minute rest between sets
    B. 50 Trap bar deadlift at 80% of your back squat working weight- for time, be strict with form!
