10 Romanian Deadlift
10 Goblet Squat

  1. Deadlift- warm up from 50% working weight to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do ONE all out set at working weight. 
  3. Choose ONE of the following:
    A. 3x5 deadlift at 80% working weight with one minute rest between.  
    B. Trap Bar deadlift- 50 reps at about 80% of your SQUAT working weight.
  4. 3x: 
    10 Weighted Situps
    30 Second Side Plank Each Side
    10 ab wheel or barbell rollouts
