3x:
HUG Hip Mobility Drill
10 Romanian Deadlift

LIFT

  1. Deadlift: work up from an empty barbell to your working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set at your working weight
  3. Take about 20% off the bar.  
    5 reps EMOM, 10 Minutes:
  4. 2 Sets of front squat- looking for a heavy set of 8+ reps
  5. GRIND:
    (1) 10 Minutes AMRAP
    10 Barbell Lunges- 5 each leg
    10 Double Unders
    10 Butterfly Situps
    (2) 4 Rounds:
    400m Run
    Equal Rest Time
