  1. Take your squat and bench maxes from Monday.
    5 Rounds:
    Max Bench @ 50% max
    Max Squat @ 50% max
    Between rounds, max chin-ups (palms in)
  2. Later pick 2 of the following:
    A. 1 Hour Ruck 50 lbs load
    B. 1 Hour Bike, hills
    C. 1 Hour Run
