Week of 6.1.15-6.6.15


Next week begins Summer programming.  We will be scaling back strength work to a maintenance level and beginning to ramp up our conditioning (don't worry, there will still be plenty of strength work).  By the end of summer you will be ready for more serious endurance work.  

For this week, take it easy.  No lifting above 70% of your current working weights, and no intense conditioning.
