  1. Bench Press: Warm up to working weight.  Between all sets, do a "working zone" set of pull-ups, any grip.
  2. Bench: One all out set at working weight.
  3. GRIND: 2x:
    1 Mile Run
    50 Pushups
    50 Crunches
