  1. Pull-ups- spread throughout this session, do an easy set of bodyweight pull-ups, any grip, between all bench sets.  
  2. Bench press: warm up from empty bar to working weight
  3. Do one all out set at working weight.
  4. 3 additional sets of 3-5 at working weight.
