HAM Hip Mobility Drill
10- Dislocating Lunges

  1. Deadlift- warm up to working weight.
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set.  Use a spotter- when you start to round, the set is done.
  3. Pick ONE of the following:
    A. Trap Bar Deadlift- 50 reps in as few sets as possible, at 2/3 of deadlift working weight.
    B. 5x without rest:
    10 Front Squat
    10 Ankles-to-bar
  4. Grind: 6x
    400m run
    20 Lunges
