10 Dislocating Lunges
- Military Press & Weighted Chins- warm up to working weight
- Military press- put on a belt and do one all out set. Drop some weight (10-20%) and do another. Repeat once more.
- Repeat step 2 for weighted chins.
- Grind: 20-15-10:
Burpees OR 1x 100m suicide sprint
