Warm-Up:
HAM Hip Mobiltiy Drill
10 Dislocating Lunges

  1. Squat- warm up to working weight
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set. 
  3. Choose ONE of the following:
    A.  Drop 10-20% from the bar, do one more all out set.  Repeat once more.
    B.  For time: 50 Trap Bar Deadlift at 80% SQUAT working weight.
  4. Take a few minutes rest.
  5. GRIND:
    2.5 mile run @ race pace
