10 Dislocating Lunges
- Squat- warm up to working weight
- Put on a belt. Do one all out set.
- Choose ONE of the following:
A. Drop 10-20% from the bar, do one more all out set. Repeat once more.
B. For time: 50 Trap Bar Deadlift at 80% SQUAT working weight.
- Take a few minutes rest.
2.5 mile run @ race pace
