  1. PT Pyramid:
    Pullups- pyramid from 1 to 10 back down to 1.  For every 1 pullup, do 2 pushups and 2 sit-ups.  So It would go 1 pull-up, 2 pushups, 2 sit-ups.  Then 2 pull-ups, 4 pushups, 4 sit-ups, etc.
