HUG Hip Mobility Drill
10 Dislocating Lunges

  1. Military Press & Weighted Chins- warm up to working weight
  2. Military press- put on a belt and do one all out set.  Drop some weight (10-20%) and do another.  Repeat once more.
  3. Repeat step 2 for weighted chins.  
  4. EMOM till failure:
    10 Clapping Pushups
    10 K-2's*
    5 Pullups

    *K-2's: like mountain climbers but with both knees at once.  Start in pushup position.  Bounce both knees up till they touch your elbows.  Bounce back out to pushup position.
