HAM Hip Mobility Drill
10- Dislocating Lunges

  1. Deadlift- warm up to working weight.
  2. Put on a belt.  Do one all out set.  Use a spotter- when you start to round, the set is done.
  3. Choose ONE of the following:
    A. 3x5 Deadlift at 80% working weight, rest 1 minute between sets
    B. For time: 50 Trap Bar Deadlift at 80% of SQUAT working weight.  
  4. Grind: 7x
    400m run
    20 Lunges
