10- Dislocating Lunges
- Deadlift- warm up to working weight.
- Put on a belt. Do one all out set. Use a spotter- when you start to round, the set is done.
- Choose ONE of the following:
A. 3x5 Deadlift at 80% working weight, rest 1 minute between sets
B. For time: 50 Trap Bar Deadlift at 80% of SQUAT working weight.
- Grind: 7x
