Choose one of the following:

  1. 1 Hour Grind:
    400m Run
    100m Bear Hug Carry* OR Farmer Walk
    100m Bear Crawl
  2. 2 Hour Ruck, load at about 1/3 of Bodyweight

*Bear Hug Crawl- holding a large sandbag or other large, awkward and heavy object (like a large stone, keg etc), bear hug it, and walk.
