10 Overhead Squat
- Deadlift: warm up from empty bar to your working weight.
- Put on a belt. Do one all out set- stop when your form deteriorates
- Take about 20% off the bar.
EMOM 10 Rounds:
- 5x 20 Weighted sirup
8 Front Squat OR 20 Goblet Squat
