Fatal Fitness

Today you will need a jump rope, a "tourniquet bag" (sandbag), and a pullup bar. For a reference to jump rope drills, watch this. For the sandbag, watch this.

(1) Jump rope- 10 Rounds
30 seconds sprint in place
30 seconds rest

(2) Sandbag- 10 Rounds:
30 seconds max squat clean
30 seconds rest

(3) Pullup bar- 10 Rounds:
30 seconds max pullups
30 seconds rest

This was great. First of all, I need to do some damn work on my jump roping, I felt like a clutz doing the sprint in place, but it was good. Hip flexors feel it by the end. Used my #80 sandbag for the squat clean, and by the time I got to the pullups, I was so tired I was only able to knock out 9 or 10 the first 30 seconds, then only 4 or 5 each interval after that! Part of it is how tired the grip gets from the sandbag, I think. Anyway, bueno.
