Well you should try to start getting into the core lifts at least, and then slowly learn & practice the oly lifts

No I only do dumbbells with about 6kg with 25 reps / 3 sets for biceps and less for triceps and shoulders

No you will be fine so long as you are very careful about keeping proper form on everything, especially the core/olympic lifts. I would say the "too young" line for weightlifting is probably like 13 and lower. Now if the weightlifting you're doing…
