  1. 4x 25m Underwater on 2:00 interval
  2. 1000m Freestyle Swim
  3. 3 Mile Run
  4. Max Pushups 2 minutes, no rest position
  5. Max Situps 2 minutes
  6. Max Pull-ups 

Day 2: 
30 Minute Trail Run, conversational pace

Day 3: 
4x
1/4 Mile Run
25 Burpees-into-pullups, include pushup at bottom of each rep

Day 4: Complete in order
100 Walking Lunges
100 Air Squats
1 Minute Wall-Sit ("invisible chair")
100 Flutterkicks (4-count)
100 Squat Jumps
