    10 Alligator Pushups- Right hand forward
    10 Alligator Pushups- Left hand forward
  2. Pull-Up Circuit: 4 Rounds
    10 Chin-ups
    10 Pull-ups
    10 Mixed Grip or "commando grip" pullups
  3. Lower body circuit: 3 rounds:
    10 Iron Mikes per leg*
    5 Pistols per leg

*Iron Mikes: jumping lunges
