100 Twisting crunches (50 left elbow to right knee, 50 right elbow to left knee)

Day 2: 1 hour trail run

Day 3: 100 Burpees-into-pullups

Day 4: 
100 Air Squat
100 yard sprint
50 Air Squat
100 yard sprint
25 Air Squat
100 yard sprint
