"MERCY"

Warmup, then: 

FIVE ROUNDS: PT:
75 Pushups
20 Pullups
50 Situps
50 Flutterkicks
Static Holds:
1 minute overhead hold w/ #25 DB's 1 minute plank
1 minute wall chair

This is a PARTNER exercise. While partner 1 performs his pt, partner two performs the static holds until partner 1 is done. Then they switch and continue until both have completed their pt five times.
