Week of 11.14.16

This week do the following: 

Day 1:  

Do a one mile run for time. Wait 10 minutes (rest, stretch etc), then try to beat your time.  

 

Day 2:  

3 Hour Ruck, 60 lbs load

 

Day 3:  

1500m swim, freestyle with fins.
