Day 1:  15 Minute AMRAP
50 Air Squats
40 Walking Lunges
30 Air Squats
20 Walking Lunges
10 Air Squats
200m Run

Day 2: 5x, not for time
10 Divebomber Pushups
10 Mixed Grip aka "Commando Grip" Pullups
10 Ankles-to-bar

Day 3: REST

Day 4: 
100 pullups, any grip, in as few sets as possible.  After each set of pull-ups:

25 Pushups with feet on incline
30 Situps
30 4-Count Flutterkicks

Day 5: 

1 Hour Ruck march
