Attempt 400m Walking Lunges.  Stop if anything hurts.

10 HSPU OR Incline Pushups, as high an incline as you can do safely
10 Chin-ups
10 Lying Leg Levers

1 Hour Ruck, 60 lbs load

1 Hour Trail Run
