Day 1: 
5x
10 HSPU* 
10 L-Sit Chin-ups**

*Substitute incline pushups with feet elevated as high as you are able if necessary
**If unable to do these, sub in 10 regular chin-ups and then 10 lying leg levers

Day 2: 5x
5 Pistols Per Leg
5 Natural Hamstring Curls
5 Broad Jumps for distance

Day 3: 
20/20: 20 Minute Amrap
20 pushups
20 crunches
20 four-count flutterkicks

Day 4: 
5 Rounds For time:
100m sprint
20 Squat Jumps
20 Jumping Lunges

Day 5: 
30 Minute Tarzan Run- run in an area full of obstacles.  Jump over, vault around, climb, crawl, etc.  Do not stop moving, and do not simply go around.
