Day 1: Test day:
Max pushups- max in a single set- no rest position.  Time limit 2 minutes, or when form breaks down.
Max Situps: Time limit 2 minutes, or when pause between reps becomes greater than 3 seconds.
Max Chinups- Time limit 2 minutes- no dismounting bar!

Day 2: EMOM until failure
5 Pushups
5 Pull-ups any grip
5 Knees-to-elbows

Day 3: 

5x
10 HSPU OR Incline Pushups, as high an incline as you can do safely
10 Chin-ups
10 Lying Leg Levers

Day 4: 
1 Hour Ruck, 60 lbs load

OR 

1 Hour Trail Run
