"The Long Day"- 

1 Hour Circuit:

400m Run
10 Pullups any grip
20 Pushups
30 Whole-Body Crunches
40 Air Squats

 

Day 2:

 30 Minute Trail Run

 

Day 3:

Justice: 

 5 Rounds for time:


20 pushups
20 burpees-to-pullups (pushup at bottom of burpee)
20 squat jumps
20 kb swings*

 

Day 4:

8 Rounds:

400m Run
8 Chinups
20 Pushups
20 Flutterkicks (4-count)
