Isometrics Day

  1. L-Sit: accumulate 2 Minutes total
  2. Pull-Up hold with chin over bar- accumulate 4 minutes total
  3. Pushup position hold (back straight, no "rest" position) 5 minutes total
  4. Wall-Squat: hold for 10 minutes total.  For those relatively strong, do with sandbag on lap.
