Do each exercise in order, don't move on till all reps completed.

100 Ring Pushups
100 Ring Pullups 
50 Ring Inverts*

*Ring Inverts: Starting hanging from the rings, lift your legs out in front of you as straight as possible, gradually rolling upwards into a vertical, inverted position.  Lower yourself back down as slowly as possible, keeping legs out as long as possible.
