30 Minute Tarzan Run

Tarzan Run: pick an area with a lot of obstacles, preferably wooded.  Run and no matter what gets in your way, keep going like tarzan- jump over, crawl under, vault around.  Wade through water, climb and scramble.  Keep moving quickly and vigorously.  No stopping or tip-toeing.
