PAST TEST, done to our standards
 

  1. 2x 25m Underwater Swim on a 1:50 interval
  2. 500m Swim- aim for under 10 minutes
  3. Transition, try to get to run in under 10 minutes
  4. 1.5 Mile Run- aim for under 9:30
  5. Pull-Ups- aim for 15+
  6. Pushups in one set- aim for 75+
  7. Situps in 2 Minutes- aim for 90+
